In 2010, Kent and Lynda Daniels had a vision to serve as an independent 3rd party to help community managers and their boards of directors navigate the sometimes unscrupulous construction industry. To that end, they founded Integrity Group NW ("IGNW").

Lynda A. Daniels is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. As the Owner and Principal of Integrity Group NW, she has built a reputation for her expertise in construction consulting, project management, and advocacy, particularly for community managers and HOA boards.
In 2001, Lynda and her late husband, Kent Daniels, co-founded their general contracting company in Idaho, specializing in custom homes, remodeling, spec homes, and multi-family homes, as well as commercial construction projects.
In 2011, the Daniels family relocated to the Puget Sound area, where they established Integrity Group NW. Their mission expanded beyond construction services to include critical support for Community Managers and Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs), helping them navigate complex contractor work, project documentation, proposals and project management. Lynda has played a vital role in assisting HOA boards in reviewing contractor work and ensuring that projects are completed smoothly and efficiently.
Following 35 years of marriage, the passing of her husband Kent in May 2024, Lynda Daniels has continued to steer Integrity Group NW, carrying forward the shared vision they built together. As the company's Principal, Lynda now leads with unwavering dedication, overseeing a comprehensive range of professional services for the multifamily industry. Her expertise spans construction consulting, bid solicitation, negotiation, and daily project management operations. Lynda remains committed to ensuring the success of every project, upholding the values of integrity and excellence that have defined the company from its inception.
Outside of her professional life, Lynda is dedicated to her family. She enjoys spending time with her three sons, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters, maintaining a strong focus on family while balancing the demands of her thriving business.

Mary Mason
General Manager Mary Mason joined Integrity Group NW in 2018 as the Operations and HR Manager. Through her dedication and exceptional leadership, she was promoted to General Manager, where she now oversees the entire project lifecycle. Mary ensures seamless coordination, accurate documentation, timely invoicing, and clear communication from inception to completion. Her leadership fosters collaboration and excellence at every stage of a project. Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies with a focus on City Planning from the University of Washington. With over 30 years of experience in local business development, she has played a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives across multiple industries. Mary is known for her expertise in operations management, project management, business administration, team building, organizational efficiency, and customer service. Her hands-on approach and dedication to creating streamlined processes have consistently delivered outstanding results. Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband of 34 years, Michael. She loves hosting weekend family gatherings with their three adult children, five grandchildren, and extended family, often filled with meals and lively card games. Mary is also an active member of her church, where she volunteers in various capacities. For relaxation, she unwinds by walking along their beach, beachcombing to create artwork she shares with her family. |
David Royce
Project Manager/Certified Building Insp. David Royce specializes in large-scale commercial projects. With over 4 years of experience in the construction industry, David has successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects from conception to completion. He began his career as a commercial electrical apprentice, working on various new construction and remodel projects, ranging from hospitals to retail stores. Later, David transitioned to managing four apartment complexes, where he was responsible for all maintenance, project oversight, and staff training. Known for his attention to detail and strong leadership skills, David is also a certified building inspector and thermographer, bringing a comprehensive understanding of building systems and thermal imaging to his role. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, hiking with his wife and dogs, working on cars, and exploring architectural history. David began his career as a commercial electrical apprentice, contributing to a variety of new construction and remodel projects, including hospitals and retail stores.
